2 tspgarlic powder
1tspherbal mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 385 F. Mix together water and oil with salt, sugar, garlic and cheese
add half of the flour and mix well
Add remaining flour and baking powder and Kneed dough. It should not stick to your hand, add more flour if it does.
Put dough to the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and put to the refrigerator to rest for 25 minutes.
After the dough has rested, divide it for 4 even parts. Roll each piece out into rectangle shape and than cut with pizza chicer into thin strips, making sure to keep them uniform in size for even cooking.
You can brush the tops with a little extra oil and sprinkle additional cheese or herbs like garlic powder or oregano for an extra flavor boost. Baking the breadsticks in a preheated oven allows them to rise and crisp up nicely
Bake sticks for 25 min until golden color.
Remove breadsticks from the oven, and allow to cool before serving.
Notes
1. You can use any vegetable oil you like. I like to use avocado oil, it is mild in taste and one of the most healthiest oils.
2. For Cheese You can use any other cheese you have on hand.
3. I use vegetable blend herbs without added salt, to add extra flavor to sticks.
4. You can store sticks in zip lock for week on counter top. Or freeze them for future use.
